any insider here, who could give me a hint when there will be published
the remaining volumes of the CAIB report?

I'm not sure when others may be coming out, but the volume I'm most
interested in reading is a revision of the first.

IRRC, the Admiral said that Vol. 1 of the Report was edited down from 1,000
pages to 250. I'd like to see what ended up in the rat file.

....Well, to be totally honest, they're saving the extra pages for the
director's cut edition, with some outtakes being saved for the blooper
reel. That's the one I'm waiting for, because according to my sources
in the CAIB, they really rip CT, RAMS, Lizzie *and* her Jesus

Maybe somewhere in those 750 pages they mentioned MEDS.

I would hope that at least the WLE upgrade got mentioned.

Herb, this broadbrush response strikes me as similar to your "go back
to school" tack. It may have the appearance of a valid response. You
may even feel that you are providing a valid response. But it fails
to provide substance.

If you (or anyone else) can cite a specific quote out of CAIBv1 that
mentions the WLE MMOD upgrade, let alone how this upgrade was funded
and subsequently cancelled, I would consider that to be a substantial
response.

I did take the time to reread pages 55-57 as you suggested. I
couldn't find any mention of it.

(I have not followed your suggestion that I go back to school and take
more law classes. I have yet to be shown a convincing reason. And
obviously, this would take a much longer investment than reading three
pages to find proof of which side is mistaken.)
