Default Orange County, CA astronomy gallery

The Orange County Register is asking for images of celestial objects
from readers for inclusion in an online astronomy gallery. I assume
that "from readers" means from those within the area served by the
paper. Send JPEG images to Gary Robbins,

There is a difference. You should submit your own images, not others.

What Gary Robbins is doing is very commendable. While there is no
monetary compensation in it, it serves the astronomy community as a
whole by promoting amateur astronomy.

Gary has also published many of the Orange County Astronomers
member's astroimages before in the Saturday edition of the paper. This
reaches hundreds of thousands of local Orange County readers and helps
to bring in new club members.

BTW don't think that Orange County CA is like that stupid "OC" show.
