Default Stardate Radio Program on Answering Machine?

I've been trying to figure out a way to easily put the Stardate radio program on an
answering device for our museum. The program is distributed monthly to subscribers, a
month's worth or programs, on a CD. The trick is to automatically update the machine.
A bigger trick is acquiring the machine. We have no idea what machine is available to
do this. It might even by a PC/Apple computer. Comments?
