Default Movingg hubble to ISS vicinity

http://www.spaceref.com/news/viewsr.html?pid=10083

Is this really practical? If we can move Hubble this way how about moving ISS
to a better orbital location.

I find it interesting that naasa has abandoned returning hubble so easily.
