Mike Melvill flew SpaceShipOne again this morning to the edge of
space. http://www.wired.com/news/space/0,26...w=wn_1techhead This Paul Allen backed endeavor is considering running commercial flights into space in the future. A ticket will cost you $200,000.00. This may seem a lot, but is really a bargain compared to the $20,000,000.00 the Russians charge a paying space passenger. Who knows, maybe Paul Allen will get us back to the Moon before NASA. The Moon could be a tourist destination for the high-end customers. Double-A |
