Default x-prize testflight

Team ARCA (http://www.arcaspace.ro/) had the first succesfull flight of
their Demonstrator 2B vehicle today. It was scheduled for yesterday but
it was postponed due to a minor technical problem and some rough
weather.
Although the X-Prize seems as good as won by SS1, it's good to see some
progress from them.
