Default advice

Hello ng

A few requests

Over the last month or so I have greatly enjoyed viewing the double cluster
(cadwell 14 I think) Could you recommend some other open clusters that are
in full bloom at this time of year, when the weather clears of course?

I normally observe from a UK north facing coast at 52N with a light polluted
south horizon, while on holiday and after I convince the wife that Mount
Teide will be worth a visit what will be good to view facing south from 28N,
most likely with binoculars not a scope.

Last request, is it possible to observe the central star of the Ring Nebula,
I have tried and failed with an etx125+10mm EP in fairly good conditions so
what combinations of scope, eyepiece and conditions are required?

Many thanks

Darren S
