The Second U.S. Naval Observatory CCD Astrograph Catalog (UCAC2)

I just obtained 3 CDs -

The Second U.S. Naval Observatory CCD Astrograph Catalog (UCAC2)

- of some 48,330,571 stars, and the freebie software was written in fortran
(it's from the military).

Does anyone know of any OTHER software that will read the files? Perhaps
something more friendlier?

I hate to have waited all this time and not be able to access the info...
