telescope setup
Hi folks
I am a new entrant to the hobby, and would appreciate some advice. I have purchased a 2nd hand 114mm Newtonian telescope, which has no setup guide for the mount. It is described as a EQ-1 mount, with an RA motor drive. (Telescope is a Helios 114M). never having seen one of these before, (only used an Alt/Az mount previously) are there any resources online or anywhere else to help me here? Thanks in anticipation Gareth
