Quick beginners question

I have an adaptor for my Tasco reflector which is supposed to show the image
the right way up. When I use it, all I see is the reflection of my eye in
the secondary mirror.
Any ideas?

Are you sure it's your own eye?

Have you put an eyepiece in it?

If so, you will need to refocus.
