After following through some of Ludes' local connections, I've found a
dealer in Salonica, who will carry the (is it new?) line of large Dobs from Celestron. The dealer still hasn't got them, but the quotes I got (if I recall right) we 8" Dob: 520 Eu 10" Dob: 725 Eu 12" Dob: 1,200 Eu How do these prices seem to people in the States? Reasonable? When I heard of this, I got goose-bumps :*) PS: By the way, the .binaries ng, seems to be really busy. Some nice pictures of the Transit over there! -- Ioannis Galidakis http://users.forthnet.gr/ath/jgal/ ------------------------------------------ Eventually, _everything_ is understandable |
