Default Nikon 10x42 SE (superior E)

IS this bino is relative waterproof if I use it in raining or very
foggy environment? I just bought a used pair and wonder if I need to
buy a new one to take advantage of 25 yrs warranty. Can owner of Nikon
SE give advise on this bino?

Thx
