Turning street light off with laser!

If you come up with a true solution, let me know, I have the same street

I was thinking to make a small battery operated light hood and with a long
pole, position it on top of the fixture, where the photo cell is located.
Only problem, if a neighbor see me, may report me.

Any advice to solve this problem?
