Default Blue Jupiter?

I didn't notice it last night, but a user sent me a message about how
a band of Blue color is being seen on Jupiter now, they asked if it
could come from the probe that crashed into Jupiter, I told them NO
WAY, but that something else may be going on. I've got a photo from
the news article, has anyone else seen this blue band?
