Bob Zubrin has weighed in on the idea of using Starships as both lunar
orbiting refueling stations for lunar landers as well as one-way landers for building permanent lunar bases on the moon. https://www.space.com/42303-robert-z...onization.html Turns out the gateway isn't necessarily the best way to go if you have Starships that can maneuver into lower lunar orbits including polar orbits.
