Strange cloud formation
Hi Folks
Well taking a peek at sunspots . My daughter and I saw this strange cloud formation. I uploaded a compressed pic to alt.binaries.pictures.astro. What made it strange was it was under a perfect clear circle of sky. Can anyone tell me what this is called and what weather system makes it . Martin Poles
