I got the impression that its only the first few that will be new.
Thereafter if the hardware post mortems are good then it will be reused.
After all the Russians reuse their docking modules etc, and I am old
enough to remember the belly aching when the first used boosters were used
on a Shuttle

Yes!

The best thing I read today is that NASA only wants *new* Dragon
capsules for its missions to ISS. So after every Dragon resupply flight
to ISS, SpaceX is going to be the owner of a reusable capsule which has
only flown one time. They're marketing the capsule as DragonLab (a free
flying, unmanned, space lab) with in orbit times up to two years.

They're also working with Bigelow Aerospace to provide transportation to
Bigelow's inflatable space stations. So, if Bigelow gets a station up
and SpaceX starts flying people, there will be a privately owned
destination for space tourists to visit in LEO.

Could you clarify what you mean regarding re-use of Russian
"docking modules?" Considering all docking hardare on a Soyuz is
on the spherical orbital module in front, which gets discarded
prior to re-entry at around the same time the service module is
cut loose, I don't see how any such re-use would be possible with
that vehicle.
