Default Kozyrev's TLP spectra of Alphonsus

Don't know if any old-timers out there remember Kozyrev's TLP spectra
of Alphonsus awhile back but conditions repeated themselves for
illumination on Oct 16/17 with my obs at

Hi Maurice:

Nope! I was 5 years old at the time...the story is well known to me, though. As
for the page...VERY nice work!

Maurice,

I used to be well familiar with N.Kozyrev. Every early fall he was in
our observatory and used 50" Zeiss reflector for his experiments.
It was nice to talk with him during cloudy evening. He knew a lot of
funny and simply interesting stories about astronomers.

Thanks - that's a nice story - not many around that go back that far.
