Teegul Lapides Modification

Hi Everyone:

I'm looking for a good alt-az mount for my FS-102. Anacortes has a
listing for a Takahashi Teegul mount with Lapides Modification. Does
anyone have any experience with this mount? There is no photo of the
tripod either, just the head. Cloudy Nights Scope Reviews talks about
modifying the Teegul for better stability and this looks like a
similar mod. Any information would be greatly appreiciated. Cheers.
