Default Sketches on my homepage

Hello everybody,
I just wanted to do some advertisement for my astronomical sketches on my
website www.schoenball.de

Currently I have 48 sketches about half of them beeing of planetary nebulae
the rest beeing of other deepsky objects. They were made using a 10" Dobson
and my eyes.

Note the "English?" option.

I also have a new section with catalogs for use with Cartes du Ciel.

Thanks,
Martin

Thanks for a very informative site! Your sketches are excellent and
have given me some new objects to chase with my 12.5" f/5 newt. It is
a fine example of some great results with modestly-priced, but quite
functional equipment.

I see you have a positive review of the 9mm Ultrawide 66* EP. It looks
to be the same EP as the Scopestuff UItrawides and Orion Expanse
series. I have the 6mm and 9mm and while the 9mm is a good EP (and a
great value), I find the 6mm to be the best in my scope.

I have been pleasantly surprised at the brightness of images of
planetaries and galaxies at 200x+ with the large newt and the
Ultrawide EPs and look forward to observing the objects you highlight
in your sketches.

Yes, this eyepiece is equal to the Orion Expanse. I am very satisfied with
this eyepiece espiecially if you consider the price!
I'm sorry to others, but I didn't translate my equipment page to english.
There is only the german version.

No problem. I just used AltaVista's Babelfish to translate it.

No, I must confess I am very little interested in observing the moon. For me
it only plays the role of natural light pollution :-)

Ah, another good observing/drawing talent is wasted on faint fuzzies.

I missed the Moon last night. By the time I had set up my scope in a
location free of interference from distant neighbors' lights, it had already
begun to sink 'neath the trees.

I'm going to try and set up a bit earlier this evening.
