Default Moonbase Promotional Project Challenge

Hello,
I am working on a project to influence the Whitehouse not to end the
Lunar exploration program & extend it to a moonbase. At first I wanted
to obtain an individuals name & email address (with their permission)
& send 300+ emails a month to the Whitehouse. However the send in form
requires alot of individual information to be filled out.

I could still do this on a semi automated basis but the form requires
2 registration keys which would be very time consuming to process.
Does any one have a better idea of how this could be expedited?

This is all a part of a proposed promotion & advertising program for a
Lunar base & to lobby the President to resume funding for space
station manufacturing & research (which Bush eliminated).

So if you have any ideas or knowledge please let me know.

Joe L.
