One of the crew has had a bicycle accident and apparently has broken his

Between that and the shooting of the congresswoman whose husband is
commanding the last planned mission, you would almost think so.
That must have been a pretty severe bicycle crash to break his hip; I
doubt if the doctors are going to okay him for flight in time for the
Discovery mission, particularly since he was planned to be the chief EVA
astronaut.

Possibly. Kopra could still fly if 133 is delayed for other reasons and
he gets medically re-qualified in the meantime.
