better to launch it from KSC than russia, although the time to build
modify pads etc, and import trained workers to assure safety.......

by the time nasa gets done with al that ISS will be ready for de
orbit....

Given the location it's only apropos to wonder why the ESA has had a sip of
the Soyuz cool-aid, so to speak....
