URGENT: Losmandy G11 control box power cable

Please, pardon me for this question, probably a very reiterated FAQ, but
I need to know quickly and cannot browse the newsgroup for old threads.

To make it short, my original G11 control box power supply is lost,
because of a blunt cut of the power cable that plugs to the box power-in
connector. I want to rescue my power supply, so I would like to know
what's the correct polarity in order to avoid the risk of polarity
inversion (is the G11 control box protected for polarity inversion?). I
cannot find the correct polarity by myself, since both wires of the
cable are black, identical to each other.

Thank you all for the help, I have a CCD session for Mars tonight, and
must rescue the G11 now!!!
