Really, and how would you know that OM?

...Call it a *strong* hunch, Greg. Of course, he's claiming he doesn't
post there because you need a valid e-mail address, and I've made at
least a dozen posts to .tech using *two* different e-mail addresses
that are about as bogus as all of "jonathan's" arguments are.

If he's not banned, it's only a matter of time.

So why are you hanging
around here and not wanking off with your .tech choad buddies, then?

What? You think you got one on me? Think again.
Just remember I can always beat you in an ass kicking contest

Just look how pathetic and lame you are. Not one of your posts are
about subject at hand. You are either flaming someone or reminiscing
about non existence usenet "good ole" days, in which your contribution
was nil. Your knowledge about spaceflight is minimal and you
contribute nothing.

He did do this: http://www.io.com/~o_m/clfaq/clfaq.htm
Which in the early days after the Columbia's loss was even being
recommended by NASA as a great place to go to get up-to-the-minute
information on what the status of the investigation was.
OM also did good research on both Skylab and Apollo-Soyuz details.
We seem to be having another outbreak of "The Era Of Bad Feelings" on
the space newsgroups at the moment, as has sometimes happened before,
and always led to more posters leaving as they got bored with people
spending all their time insulting each other rather than discussing
anything actually space related.
But maybe that shouldn't be surprising, as the whole country seems to be
in a state of constant bitching about things in general and at each
other in particular at the moment.

...Thank you, Patrick.

Put that on a resume and what will it get you? This newsgroup doesn't
have any impact on anything, there are other forums (other than
NASAspaceflight.com) that more relevant, where more information is
exchanged. As for contributions, each day I go to work, I do more in
the space program than you ever will in your life.

surfing through google groups for a change and doing some *real*
research.

And that is the problem, just because I didn't "pay" my dues by being
these newsgroups for many years, you couldn't handle the newcomer, who
knew more than you. If you look back, none of my posts were wrong.
You are the only one with a problem and none of others do. It is
your behavior that has got you where you are at.

I haven't exactly noted you being a priceless font of information on
space related things in the past few weeks either for that matter, as
you've been spending all your time trading insults with OM, like two
chimps in a feces fight.

I *really* want to meet you face-to-face, Charlie. You've got a
serious attitude readjustment coming...

I am waiting. Come down to the Cape and I will meet you.

and/or b) one that *I* have "****ed up".

Put up or shut up on this one, Charlie. Cite source or get the ****
out, because you've really stepped over the line here...
