I'm impressed by the quality of this product and the progression that it offers in training grip strength. I'm glad that I chose this version of the Ivanko gripper, even though it's more expensive than the basic model. The knurled grips feel very similar to the high end spring tension grippers and offer a larger gripping surface area and better purchase than the basic model. You can search the web for Ivanko gripper chart to find a listing of the force required to close this gripper with the springs in various positions.
Don't waste money on single strenght grippers. This one will have at least 32 different strenght settings with three springs. You'll never need another gripper. Also, this's the only one(of its type)with the round knurled handles. Other similar grippers are uncomfortable and slippery to grip. Definitely a great product.
Solid as a rock and it works better than traditional grippers. It works beautifully for right and left handed work, unlike other grippers.It's basically 10 hand grippers in one!Thanks!
Extremely durable, high quality construction. Allows for very symetric repetitions because of the long fulcrum. It's great for developing forearms but not portable, i.e using in your car. I use this everyday and progressively increase resistance. I highly recommend this hand and forearm exerciser.
