What's the purpose of the thing that looks like a boom-mounted white
room alongside the Skylab station in this photo: http://www.launchcomplexmodels.com/P...73PC-180HR.jpg Could ground crew enter the station before launch, or is it some sort of system for air conditioning the lab to keep it cool prior to launch? Pat |
