You can see where the lost ISS toolkit is in its orbit at this website:

And find out when it will pass over your location he

....as well as the direction it will traverse the sky from and to.
Small that it is, it is apparently visible through 50 mm binoculars if
you know where to look.
It's magnitude 6.8, so you won't be able to see it with your naked eye.
