Default Flex for a 8x8' Telescope Pad

It's kind of late to be asking this question, but I'm putting in an 8x8
concrete pad tomorrow as a place to put a portable (tripod) Meade 6"
refractor. I plan to have at least electrical available. It may eventually
be used for other telescopes, so maybe there's some flexibility I can put in
now. I have no idea what other scopes I might want to put out there, but
they won't be much bigger than this one in terms of space occupied. The
scopes will not be out all year, but may be out weeks at a time in good
weather. It might be smart to have some sort of anchors for a tarp. I will
set up a portable table for my laptop. Perhaps there are other pieces of
this open air observatory that can be put on later. Comments?
