![]() The program features Apollo 8 crew members Frank Borman, James Lovell and William Anders. It will be broadcast live from the Newseum on NASA Television and www.nasa.gov on Thursday, Nov. 13, at 1:30 p.m. EST. The Newseum is located at 555 Pennsylvania Ave., N.W. I attended and managed to get a seat by being in line at 1230..... and paying $20 to get into the Newseum. It was enjoyable. Lovell told the story of his personal FUBAR, but they were having good time always. Bill Anders was a little more droll, but still good on the give & take. They strongly endorsed the basis the effort was a Cold War surrogate; not a science/technology driven effort. Someone asked a UFO question.... -- A host is a host from coast to & no one will talk to a host that's close........[v].(301) 56-LINUX Unless the host (that isn't close).........................pob 1433 is busy, hung or dead....................................20915-1433 |

Borman and Anders said they wished someone "would find a mission for the station". Couldn't make it there, but got to watch the stream from NASA. |
