Default Astro Site Update for December

The Salopian Web wishes everyone the greetings of the season. The site has
been updated for December at http://www.r-clarke.org.uk and has the all the
latest information, plus the usual monthly sky diary, and charts of the
December night sky.

Winner of the Griffith Observatory Star Award for excellence in promoting
astronomy to the public. There is a HUGE list of links, regularly updated
pages which include news, star charts for both hemispheres, sky diary - a
guide to the current month's events, lunar phases, sunset and sunrise times,
description and mythology of the constellations with maps, and visibility of
the major planets for the current month and the latest data on the planets &
Solar System. There is Astro Software, a handy astronomical dictionary,
satellite data, site search and much more. plus details & list of the
Messier objects!
