A new theory on the photon

There is a new theory on the photon and its nature by former rector of
Tampere University of Technology Osmo Hassi. The book "Fotonin malli -
Photon model" is written in finnish but a summary can be found in
english on pages 3 and 6-7. I would be interested in possible flaws in
Hassis theory. Because if he is right this is groundbreaking stuff.
