The Mars Phoenix lander has discovered definite proof of water on
Mars, according to the Washington Post. The Mars Phoenix scooped a sample of soil from the Martian surface and heated it in a special oven. Scientists noted that part of the sample evaporated at the freezing point of water. Sensors also indicated that the vapor was composed of H2O. http://www.associatedcontent.com/art....html?cat= 15 |

But lo and behold, not one official part per billion of h2o as recorded by our spendy mass spectrometer. How did that manage to happen? Is this version of Mars h2o being WMD stealth/invisible to our fancy and best possible technology of mass spectrometer? (is the MS instrument broken?) Their supposed "sample evaporated at the freezing point of water" while at less than 10 mb is what kinda proves that it's not necessarily or all that likely water unless they'd taken the near vacuum of their environment into account. Perhaps AC(associatedcontent) has been duped, as usual. * Brad Guth Brad_Guth Brad.Guth BradGuth |
