they had from Sir Turcaud !

Whilst furthering the historical account I discovered the link had
somehow dropped out, ..or escaped activation for some time. Please
also check in your browser the two Fig.1 links on the Telfer front
page. For anyone using an old one (like me) the second one may lack a
bit of Javascript but should work ok in a newer browser.
