NON-Signatory Nations of the OST
What if a nation that never signed the Outer Space Treaty OR the Moon
Treaty decides to pass legislation allowing private property claims in outer space? Or simply claims jurisdiction outright over all property matters in space? What then? I bet there are some South Pacific nations who could hook this up...
