Default Mirror Cleaning

I seem to recall reading recently about a spray you could buy for cleaning
optics. You sprayed the surface you wanted to clean and a Gel was formed
which could peeled off take the dirt and dust with it and leaving a fairly
pristine surface behind! Does anyone know if it is true and where it can be
purchased? A web search hasn't turned much up.

Regards

john
