Default iss imaging help

Hello,
Finally, after many attempts, I managed to capture the ISS on my webcam
(toucam on an ETX125).
http://www.gogo.me.uk/iss130208.jpg
I know it's just a tiny image and basically just a blob, but at least
it's a consistent blob from frame to frame and I'm really happy!
My question is: giving the bad quality of this image, would it still be
possible to make a little sense of it? Am I seeing the main labs or the
solar panels (or both)? Is the ISS always oriented the same way towards
earth? I am trying to look at pictures and models on the web but really
cannot make sense of it.

Thanks
Gogo
