Meade LX90-LNT Error

Ok I updated my Meade Scopes Autostar to the latest software use Meade's ASU
program, it loaded the latest ROM file/Patch 43Eg but everytime I switch it
on and it runs through its align program it gets so far then tells me to
check the mount. Anyone seen this before? How do I sort it? I've been on
Meade's US website but it's useless for people from the UK, I keep getting
diverted back to some dealer in the UK and not the one I got my scope from.
