A paper entitled "Improved Relativity Theory and Doppler Theory of
Gravity" is available in the following link:
http://www.geocities.com/kn_seto/2007IRT.pdf

Also please visit my website for other papers on Model Mechanics:

Why can't Ken Seto figure out how to show that his theory correctly
predicts the observed perihelion precession of Mercury without
resorting to whining about the lack of "faa" or whatever?

Curved empty space-time around matter and its other forces is
energyless. There is no energy in the gravitational field.
Gravity is a standing field extending out the same in all directions.

The other forces EM and Strong have energy density around their
respective particles.
