Default APR issue V1N4, V5N6 just published

APR issue V1N4 is now available, and will begin mailing to subscribers
within a day or two. This issue has a large (50+ page) article on
Project Orion, covering the early development of the program as well
as testing, environmental and safety issues. Included are a *lot* of
charts, graphs and designs that have not seen the public light of day
before. Several new drawings were created for this article.

Also included is an article by Dennis R. Jenkins on a turboprop-
powered B-36 (with a new layout drawing); an article by Bill Slayton
on the 1942 Lockheed L-133 jet fighter; and some of the first
declassified information on the Weapon System 118P Mach 3-4 spyplane,
an immediate predecessor to the SR-71.

Also just released: the final issue from APR's first run, issue V5N6.
This has been the most requested issue since the end of the paper
edition of the magazine. This is a straight copy of the original
version to PDF format; it has not been updated or changed in any other
way. An advantage here, though, is that much of the artwork is now in
full color, where before it was reproduced in grayscale. As this is
not a "new" eAPR, this issue does not count as part of a subscription.
