Default Pulsar Optical - a warning...

Whilst I wait in vain for a reply from this company, be aware that they have
refused to deal with my complaint about their supply of a faulty HEQ5 mount that
does not work properly. They have refused to respond to e-mails and fax and
have repeatedly lied to me on the phone. Full details here in due course if
this persists.
