Default SETI Earth meet Venus, SETI Venus meet Earth

It's that simple, and thank God and our lucky stars that every 19
months Venus is merely within a little over 100X that of our moon.

Just imagine how nifty it's going to be once our cool Bigelow POOF
City (VL2 space station as our home away from home) is established
within that shady halo orbit of Venus L2.
