[OT] Agent Filtering Problems Revistied

....I got some feedback from Forte this evening regarding that
still-unresolved issue where Agent's filters suddenly start filtering
out everything even though you haven't changed and/or added any
filters in months. The rep suggested that anyone having this problem
get ahold of the following files which may help point to what's been
changed in your filters that's screwing things up:

....He did say that ideally you'd need to have the results file from
before and after the filter problem occurs in order to see what got
bollixed, but even running it afterwards can tell whether or not you
need to simply wipe the filters and start over - ergo, if you run it
and it hangs, the filter file is corruped in a way that doesn't crash
Agent, but does **** up the filtering.

Now, someone slap Beady upside the head and tell him to turn off his
goddamn killfile long enough to get these links before I send one of
his cows to come patty on his patio...
