Default M27 - PNe in Vulpecula

Dear group,

One of my favourite DSO's is the large and bright planetary nebula M27
in Vulpecula. I sat down last night under questionable conditions to
at least obtain a baseline image for future reference and a second
visit.

I must admit the result did turn out a little better than expected,
for I nearly packed it in on three occasions due to the strong winds
and variable transparency.

For a result based on four hours total exposure (LRGB @ 60:60:60:60),
I kindly direct you to http://www.perseus.gr/Astro-DSO-NGC-6853.htm
.... I would like to get some h-alpha data as well so as to really
capture this stunning planetary nebula in all its glory.

Clear (and steady) skies!

Anthony.
