Yes.

Is Venus really all that insurmountably hot and nasty?

Yes.

Is there actually enough usenet storage capacity for containing all of

You forgot to call him an "incest cloned borg", Braddy. You're
slipping.

Please to explain what "hard-science" is. My opinion is it's all that
stuff you were too stupid to understand because it involved too much math.

Is there something I've over/under looked that needs my attention?

It seems Usenet is the thing you need your attention from.

Is there something about our moon that's actually as NASA/Apollo
stipulated?

What would that be?

Is Venus really all that insurmountably hot and nasty?

You would not want to know that!

Anybody wondering why Guthball is on the KotM ballot might like to
consider the above.

Absolutely correct.

It is also a binary star, IIRC; one might imagine that stable, circular
planet orbits could be a problem.

Dear "mariposas morgan mair fheal greykitten tomys des anges",
Planet wise, the local interstellar environment of such a pair of stars
is a wee bit testy, although possible. The rather extensive Sirius Oort
zone could actually have accommodated Earth sized orbs.

Perhaps it was the 50 year cycle of Sirius-b that along with the
gravity influence and alignment of our extremely nearby solar system is
what kicked out Sirius-c into becoming our Venus, possibly even
dragging along a spare icy covered moon for the ride which Earth
latched onto.

Where do you think the likes of Pluto came from, and why it's orbit is
so badly skewed?

Dear incest cloned collective borg Dr. Flonkenstein,
Up yours (though I'm not certain if borgs still have one of those), as
in either put up or shut up.

Links to falsified photographs snipped.

Are you talking about all of those WMD photographs, or perhaps those of
our perpetrated cold-war(s)?
NASA/Apollo EVA Kodak moments I'd have to agree are "falsified" but,
surely those Magellan images of Venus are not falsified, just rather
poor resolution which a good dosage of PhotoShop can improve upon.

Please to explain what "hard-science" is. My opinion is it's all that
stuff you were too stupid to understand because it involved too much math.

And from your all-knowing expertise and talents and thus more corrected
math contributions are??????????

Can you better explain in terms of "hard-science" as to what raw ice in
space has going for itself?
How long can a cubic meter worth of raw ice survive in space as
somewhat near a sun like ours?

I do not consider this an answer.

the spectrum is wrong
to get warm enough for liquid water
you would get zapped by the xrays and solar winds

you need smaller main sequence to get the sweet spot
thats stable and warm enough for liquid water
and cool enough to allow amino acids to exist

the age is also wrong
based on earth it takes billions of year to get to eukaryotic state
off the main sequence stars burn out too fast or are too cold

what kicked out Sirius-c into becoming our Venus, possibly even

venus is dead
no liquid water
and the atmosphere is too corrosive

Where do you think the likes of Pluto came from, and why it's orbit is
so badly skewed?

pluto is dead
its a ball of ice and rock
