You're from Houston. The Stros just died. I feel your pain...

But...as I told my cousin:

This Card-thing is beyond you. The StL Cards are up 2-0 to the RedSox in
WS lore. But, the "Curse of the Bambino" can be shed in a HUGE way! Sorry,
there will be no empathy for the Cards when the RedSox lift the curse.
Such is the way of those things!

That could well be. However, you disputed the notion that POWs felt
stabbed in the back by Kerry's remarks before Congress. Above is
refutation of your viewpoint.

What? I'm not "claiming" this, I'm simply quoting the man from the third

You gave me a list of die-hard Republicans that happened to be POWs.

And you know these guys are die hard Republicans... how?

Show me a reference that Kerry gave or wanted to give Iran nuclear energy.

No I don't. But since you mention it, do you know if ANY are Democrats?
I'd be interested to see what political party affiliation they have.

I guess the Russians beat them to it. Didn't we pretty much do that with
Israel?

Don't know. Don't care. But when POWs say that they are ****ed off at a
man whose words were used to make their torment worse, I have little to
no reason to doubt them, especially when their claims make sense.

Last time I checked, Israel posed no nuclear threat to the US. Last time
I checked, Israel did not sit atop a vast supply of petroleum.

I ask you again: what valid reason would there be for the US to give
nuclear fuel to an adversarial nation that was sitting atop all the
energy it woudl ever need?

Well you should! If each one is a Republican, then what makes you think
the whole thing isn't politically based?

Hell I won't even accept a "poll" about whats what from a group of
Democrats.

Or, it was politically based in the first place.

What does oil have to do with it? Admission on your part that this
administration likens "national security" it Cheap Acess To Oil (CATO-TM)?

Well since the Russian were the ones that actually did it and not us, you
might want to ask them?

You don't have the balls to do that, is my guess. It is easier for you to
attack someone in the US that is not part of your party. That's safe. It
is the blowhard cowardice aspect of the right-wing that is the most
disgusting.

The term "chickenhawk" comes to mind.

My GOD you're a dumbass. What are the only two things that a nation like
Iran can do with nuclear power?
1: Make electricity
2: Make bombs.

Since Iran is one big puddle of petroleum, they don;t need nukes for
electricity, thus their only goal can be nuclear bombs. And Kerry wants
to help them obtain nuclear fuel.

But the Russians already gave it to them. Why are you not bitching about
that? Do you think that because we don't give someone something that they
can't get it? THAT is naive! If we get it for them don't we have a better
chance of monitoring it than if someone else gets it for them? Perhaps
Kerry wanted a means to monitor the inevitable?

You idiot conservatives went off the deep end with China and missile
technology, too. Hell, make China our nation most favored WRT trade as
Reagan did, but don't sell them missile technology, because the latter
means you're a traitor. Yeah, that sends a positive message to the whole
world! And you wonder why the whole world hates us. The latter being
EXACTLY bin Laden's plan.
