Probably better than a typical rocket. That is where the comparison
should be, not with airliners.


I was referring to asymmetric thrust on the carrier aircraft in multiple
engine out abort scenarios across the entire flight profile. I don't
know exactly what you are saying, there just isn't enough to work with.

Does the wide spacing of the two tails help wrt the asymmetric thrust
scenario?

I wouldn't think that would have any effect in regards to overall
stability in the yaw sense, but might have been done to aid flexibility
to the airframe as well as cutting overall weight and drag by removing a
horizontal stabilizer joining them.
