Annex 1 is most likely Mercury. The naming scheme is to give it away
that it is Mercury by it being the first planet from our sun and one
of our possibilities for colonization due to Earth being
overpopulated, so other planets become thought of as "annexes".

Mercury is suitable for life due to having its own atmosphere (due to
a living core within the planet) but unbearable and this Outer Limits
portrayal shows that everyone flips out, loses their marbles.

I like how the Professor visiting says "the mothership won't be back
for me until" which means smaller flying saucers like the Vril were
aboard the larger ones like the Haunebu, and that they couldn't reveal
to the public that flying saucers existed due to Jewish control of
world economies and powers, they instead use rocket ships to portray
the means of space travel. But the true decisive option for those of
you who might be lucky to know someone who knows someone who knows
someone within the spook sections of our government thus are vested in
use of flying saucers of which you might get to travel in them, if you
don't like teletransporting you can use a shuttle saucer to goto the
surface of the planet.

Vril saucers have phaser armament don't they?
