Obama, NASA, and Space Funding in the Stimulus Bill

President Barack Obama is down to either four names or a "list of
names", depending on who one talks to, for his choice for NASA
Administrator. Also it looks like the House/Senate conference has
agreed upon a billion dollars for NASA stimulus.
