http://www.banknotes.com/ZA125.JPG High CO2 emissions may be the only thing that keep N Dakota from freezing during the coming ice age ![]() Anyways the CO2 can be used to fertilize algae and make more oil out of it.. think of it as a resource not a waste product. The problem with these plants is the large expense to build them, and the cost to borrow the money.. and then with the cost of oil fluctuating up and down it does not help... lots of these ventures and ethanol plants will go out of business with the current cost of oil.
